The Faith Debate
The Faith Debate is an open and honest forum where leaders in the community come together to share and discuss views on Scripture and faith.
What started in 2004 as a small weekly radio show on WFMD-AM has evolved into a much larger panel discussion program that is additionally broadcast on WFRE-FM HD2, over the internet as a live stream, and distributed on multiple platforms as a podcast. Pastor Troy invites leaders in the faith community to come together and wrestle through tough and important worldview ideas so that you can better understand God’s truth and your place in the world.
What you get with this show is a haven for honesty among the panelists. Where there’s disagreement, it is hashed out with respect so that no one worries over hurt feelings because, as Lady Bird Johnson once said, “The clash of ideas is the sound of freedom.”
