Sometimes we want to read a book or watch a movie in order to learn; other times we simply want a reprieve and enjoy a delightful break from the daily grind.  We also want to ingest content that aligns with our values and encourages our walk in the Truth.  Scroll down to quickly locate some reading and viewing options. Not every aspect of these sources is necessarily endorsed by Household of Faith in Christ, but on the whole, these are solid options for education, entertainment, and encouragement.

A sports and relationship drama about an awakened faith that battles the giants of fear and failure. A favorite moment in the movie is the “death crawl” scene; it is an amazing inspiration.

Sherwood Pictures has produced some of the most successful Christian movies of all time. These include: “Facing the Giants” (which is our pastor’s favorite), “Flywheel” (which is the favorite of our pastor’s wife), and this story about marriage (which is the favorite of the kids in the pastor’s family).

This is the one that started it all for the successful series of movies made by the Kendrick Brothers. Production value is limited due to a mere $20K budget. However, this is one of the best stories of all the Kendrick movies.
